Where data protection laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) apply, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract: distributing your music, collecting and paying royalties, and managing your account.
- Legal obligations: tax, accounting and financial record keeping.
- Legitimate interests: answering enquiries, keeping our website and systems secure, and preventing fraud and stream manipulation.

These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.
- Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
We will never sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies
Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Analytics cookies are only set after you click “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner. Until then, Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode that does not store cookies on your device.
- dm_consent (browser local storage, essential): remembers your cookie choice for 12 months.
- Cloudflare security cookies (for example cf_clearance, __cf_bm; essential): protect the website against bots and attacks. They are short-lived and do not track you across websites.
- _ga and _ga_<ID> (Google Analytics, only with your consent): distinguish visitors and sessions to produce aggregated traffic statistics. They expire after up to 2 years.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. If you choose “Essential only”, existing Google Analytics cookies are deleted. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Fonts are served from our own servers, so loading a page does not send your IP address to Google Fonts.
9. International Data Transfers
As a global music distribution company, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
