Timing is everything
Spotify only accepts editorial pitches for unreleased music, submitted at least 7 days before the release date, and recommends pitching 2 to 4 weeks in advance. That is why we plan delivery at least 4 weeks before release day: the track appears in Spotify for Artists early, and your pitch lands while editors are still planning.

Can you guarantee a spot on an editorial playlist?
No one can guarantee placement; editors make that decision. What we do is make sure every release meets the requirements and reaches editors with the strongest possible pitch.
How early should I submit my release?
We recommend delivering at least 4 weeks before release. Spotify requires pitches at least 7 days before release day and recommends 2 to 4 weeks.
Do you also work on Apple Music?
